Started at the Weaver Bend this evening where a 2nd cy Little Gull was picking off the insects with good numbers of Swift, Swallow and Martins. Also present were the Black Swan, an Avocet and 6 Pochard.
No.6 tank had a 2nd summer Mediterranean Gull, a Little Egret and a Cuckoo, which flew along the north bank.
A Grasshopper Warbler was reeling briefly from the scrub of No.5 tank.
2 Painted Lady butterflies were out in the evening sunshine.
