2 juvenile Black-necked Grebe still present on No 6 tank and Water Rail calling, Green Sandpiper, Common Snipe, Common Sandpiper and Little Ringed Plover on No 6 tank.
3 Red-legged Partridge on No 3 tank presumably set down by shooters?
Juvenile and male Marsh harrier, 2 Yellow Wagtail flying north over no 5 tank,
Warblers still present include Sedge, Reed, Blackcap, Whitethroat, Chiffchaff and Willow

The two Black-necked Grebe were splendid in the amber glow of the evening light along with 130 Common Teal and 2 Pintail were new in. 3 Green Sandpiper, 1 Common Sandpiper, 3 Ringed Plover, 6 Black-tailed Godwit (one colour-ringed Red over Orange/Yellow on left leg), c500 Curlew and 2 Whimbrel coming into roost.
The Common Gull roost eventually held 430 with 4 juvenile birds.
A juvenile Cuckoo was again showing along the northern track between No 3 and No 6 tank
