Over the high tide on No.6 tank were 150 Golden Plover, 7 Grey Plover, 62 Dunlin, 3 Black-tailed Godwit and 1 Greenshank. Also a male Marsh Harrier over the west end of the tank and 1 Swallow only passing west.
Spent a bit of time scanning the gulls around Lordship Marsh and best I could muster was a single adult Mediterranean Gull in winter plumage on the model aircraft field.
Braved the adventure course that used to be the footpath down to the Weaver Bend but for all the hard work 13 Little Grebes was the highlight as water levels were very high.
